We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support daily HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll and attendance tracking
Handle employee queries and concerns professionally
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Coordinate training and performance review processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Proven experience in an HR role
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
