This premier academic institute requires a highly qualified, dynamic and competent professional having proven record of academic administration and strong leadership for appointment as Rector on contract basis for an initial term of three years extendable for another term subject to performance.
Major Responsibilities:
The Rector as the academic and administrative head of PIEAS, will provide dynamic leadership in planning, managing and realization of excellence in education, research and development activities.

Skills Required
Applicant should preferably have PhD in Engineering or Applied Sciences relevant to acadermic and research activities of PIEAS and should have attained distinguished leadership in education and academic administration.
The candidate should be well versed with the functions and management of an institution of higher learning with an understanding of strategic planning, broad range of research and human resource development.
