We are hiring a talented and energetic Bartender to join our Dubai-based hospitality team. The ideal candidate will mix and serve beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard recipes.
Engage with customers, take drink orders, and make recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, and tools.
Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age is met.
Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Restock supplies and manage bar inventory.
Handle payments and operate POS system accurately.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a bartender.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
English communication required; other languages are a plus.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented.
