Regional Training Officers (Jeddah and Dammam) having following:
- Graduation in business administration or human resources or psychology
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills both in Arabic and English
- Good in MS word, MS excel and MS power point
- Must have retail training or customer service training minimum three years' experience
- Can conduct forecourt staff training on customer service, housekeeping and safety drills at the fuel stations
- Support training department in training need analysis
- Can conduct induction program of new station staff
- Can support in developing training documents and procedures
